I am in exile in the North of England making cakes and buns, I started a new job in August opening a brand new hotel as pastry chef. Still a spinster like Sarah Whyte and by what I have read on this, Jo Collings, know the feeling well Jo, why won't they stay with me! its because we are unique and independent.

I have been in the north of England for seven years and after buying a house nearly three years ago and spending all my time decorating and putting a new kitchen in I have decided to sell it and go and live near Southampton with my brother, which will be educational if nothing else!!!!
